2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after receipt.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and beauty products (due to hygiene reasons).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges
