Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at HYra – Next Gen E-Commerce. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@hyra.com to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the returned item.
- Carefully package the item to prevent damage during shipping. Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hyra.com.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hyra.com with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
7. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
