Return Policy

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Some items such as personalised products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to your Orders page
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
3. Click the "Return" button and select the items and reason for return
4. Submit your return request
5. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
