Hyra is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. Unless we expressly sell an item as a first-party seller, the contract of sale is between you and the seller. We facilitate the platform, payments (via Razorpay), and logistics integrations.
Delivery timelines depend on pincode and seller dispatch. Country of origin is shown on product pages where provided by the seller. Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly.
Return windows and eligibility vary by category and seller policy, subject to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable Indian consumer law. See our Returns page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where applicable.
For complaints relating to transactions on Hyra, contact our Grievance Officer via the Contact page. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
Platform branding, software, and curated content belong to Hyra or its licensors. Seller-uploaded product content remains the seller's responsibility.
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Hyra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to consumer forum rights, courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
